This brings support for the `include` and `exclude` collection parameters to the Search Controller. This can be used to find an item by id when it's subtype is unknown. Props kadamwhite. Fixes #56546. Built from https://develop.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@54123 git-svn-id: http://core.svn.wordpress.org/trunk@53682 1a063a9b-81f0-0310-95a4-ce76da25c4cd
