Updated Upstream and Sidestream(s) (Tuinity/EMC/Origami/Purpur/AirplaneLite)
Upstream/An Sidestream has released updates that appears to apply and compile correctly
This update has NOT been tested by YatopiaMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing.

This is a more optimized version of Lithium's PerlinNoiseSamplerMixin.
