Poslovitch	a69e053229	Started configuration loading and errors; changes to locales ... Worked on PluginConfig.loadPluginConfig(). Changed the NotSetup processing : when loading config, it will store errors and if there are, it will run the plugin as "NotSetup" and send to users what is wrong and why. Major parts are still remaining as it is a "preview" of an unfinished and "waiting-for-improvements" work.	2017-05-24 17:10:49 +02:00
