Copy updated. Transition browser strings to use sentence case for all UI elements, except the following terms:
• Branded Names: Provider(s) + Provider Portal, Send(s) + Send, Directory Connector
• Plan Names: Premium, Families, Teams, Enterprise
* Add windows to platform utils service
