[PS-1928] Add BumpAccountRevisionDate methods (#2458)

* Move RevisionDate Bumps to Extension Class

* Add Tests against live databases

* Run Formatting

* Fix Typo

* Fix Test Solution Typo

* Await ReplaceAsync
