There are a `ß` char and some U+ff5c "｜" in the swagger.yaml.
The character U+ff5c "｜" could be confused with the
ASCII character U+007c "|".

Add configuration session_timeout for API, then user can customize the
timeout from system config page or API. The timeout is 60 minutes by
default.
