**Alchemy** is about brewing potions. It provides a speed increase in the potion brew time, as well as the addition of new (previously) unobtainable potions.
## XP Gain
XP is gained by brewing potions. The amount of XP you receive depends on what stage of potion you are brewing.
There are four stages of potions; base potion, regular potion, a potion with one amplifier and a potion with two amplifiers. There is also a special potion stage for when you switch amplifiers, e.g. you add redstone dust to a level II potion.
**Stage 1:**

<b>Archery</b> skill looks to change that by providing damage boosts as your Archery level progresses, not to mention that you can eventually daze players, providing a very hampering PvP effect.
In addition to this, higher levels of archery will let you retrieve arrows from corpses.
Archery's abilities are all passive abilities.
## XP Gain
Experience is gained by using a bow and arrow in combat.
## Passive Abilities
### <a name="Skill Shot"/> Skill Shot
This passive ability increase the amount of damage you can deal with bow and arrows. Gains +10% extra damage every 50 levels, with a maximum of +100%. The damage will never exceed 9 though, preventing one-shot kills in PVP.
### <a name="Arrow Retrieval"/> Arrow Retrieval
<i>Who needs an infinity bow anyways</i>
?- Chance to recover arrows from an enemy killed by the archer. Gains 0.1% per level up to 100% at skill level 1000.
### <a name="Daze"/> Daze
Forces your opponents to look straight up for a short duration, this becomes very annoying in PVP for the affected since it disrupts their attacks.

##Chimaera Wing
**Chimaera Wings** allow you to teleport back to your bed, or if there's no bed found, to the spawn point.
###Craft
![Crafting Recipe](http://i.imgur.com/pvXWFyz.gif)
Players can craft a Chimaera Wing using 5 feather in a shapeless recipe.
###Teleport
To be able to use a Chimaera Wing, players will need to have the permission node `mcmmo.item.chimaerawing`.
Right click while holding a Chimaera Wing to teleport. By default, 1 Chimaera Wing will get consumed upon use.
You can only use a Chimaera Wing while you are outside. If you do happen to try to use them inside, you'll jump up a little bit and receive a small (random) amount of damage.

#### Permission:
`mcmmo.commands.mcimport`
#### Details:
This command can be used to import and generate mod config files from your Cauldron server's startup log. You need to use at least 1.7.x for this to work.
Create a folder called `import` inside `/mcMMO/mods/`. Place your latest Cauldron 1.7+ startup log in this folder and rename it to `import.log`.
__It is worth noting that it's advisable to create a short log by starting and stopping the server once, or by manually editing the log file to only include material mapping in order to speed up the import process.__
When the server is running, use the command `/mcimport`. You will see the import progress in the console, once it is done the files are created in `/mcMMO/mods/output/`.
Any item that wasn't recognised gets placed in a `.unknown.yml` config file, you need to handle these manually.
Now you should have a whole bunch of "empty" mod config files and you just need to fill in the XP gains.

mcMMO has a feature where XP gains are reduced when a player reaches a certain (configurable) threshold value of total XP earned in a specific skill within a certain time limit. By default this feature is disabled and it can be enabled from the experience config file; `experience.yml`
Depending on how far the player has exceeded the threshold value, his XP will decrease more. The registered data will be cleared in a "rolling fashion", so when the XP gain speed is no longer exceeding the threshold the player will gradually gain more XP again - all automatically.

**Excavation** in mcMMO provides a passive ability to dig more blocks and find treasures buried beneath the earth. What you find is based on your skill level and the type of material you are excavating.
## XP Gain
Experience is gained by using a shovel to break dirt, grass, sand and clay.
## Active Abilities
###Giga Drill Breaker
Right-clicking with a Shovel in hand will activate Giga Drill Breaker.
For a short period of time, it will allow you to instantly break any block that is most effective when broken with a shovel. The duration depends on level and server configuration.
##Passive Abilities
###Treasure Hunt
Each time you dig a block, there is a chance to obtain items you would not normally get from digging. See the table below for possible drop information.
There might be more than one drop per one dug block. Occasionally, Treasure Hunt will bug.
##Chance Drops and Experience Table

*Note: If you are bewildered on why you are getting things not on the list (ie. coal from dirt, cobble from sand etc.), please note that your server owner/admin can configure mcMMO and change Excavations treasures.
##Trivia
* Giga Drill Breaker is a reference to the anime: "Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann".
* Digging up a cake is more rewarding than digging up a diamond, but diamonds are generally higher in demand.

"It's more than a challenge to make Fishing rewarding and interesting enough to spend time on, so what we've done is gone the traditional RPG route. When you fish you will have a chance to find treasure. Among this treasure you can find magic items. You will find better items as your skill progresses and the chance of finding magic items will also increase." - mcMMO Team.
At skill level 150+ you will be able to hook items off of mobs, allowing an easier way to farm certain mob items. For example, if you desperately need eggs you can simply use the fishing rod to obtain the item by casting your line into a chicken.
## XP Gain
Experienced is gained by catching fish or treasures with a fishing rod, or by shaking items off of monsters and animals.
## Passive Abilities
### <a name="Master Angler"/> Master Angler
This passive ability improves the chance of catching a fish, this means that it will take less time before you get a bite! The ability activates when you're fishing in a boat or while you're fishing in a ocean biome.
_Unlocks at level 125_
### <a name="Ice Fishing"/> Ice Fishing
This ability allows you to fish in icy biomes. Cast your fishing rod on an ice block and a water hole will appear.
_Unlocks at level 50_
### <a name="Treasure Hunter"/> Treasure Hunter
Player has a chance to find random items in addition to the fishes they reel in. Chance and quality of items increase as Fishing skill is leveled up!
There is a 6.12% to 25% chance for the item pulled to be randomly enchanted. The strength/level of enchantment and odds of said item being enchanted depends on Fishing level and Treasure Hunter Tier.

### <a name="Magic Hunter"/> Magic Hunter
Magic hunter is the probability of fishing an enchanted treasure with the probability of an enchanted item appearing, starting at 6.67% (rank 1/5) at level 1-199, and increasing by 6.67% per 200 Fishing levels. At level 800, the probability caps at a maximum of 33.3% (rank 5/5).
Sometimes the message "You feel a touch of magic in this cast." will appear to indicate the skill activating.
### <a name="Shake"/> Shake
From fishing level 150 onwards, the player will be able to shake items loose from mobs by hooking them with the fishing pole.
Shake can be used repeatedly for a large number of items depending on the remaining health of the mob (Fishing Rod deals 1 damage to mobs). For instance, a Skeleton at full health can drop up to 37 arrows before they die.

## <a name="translate" href="#wiki-translate"></a>Where can I translate mcMMO?
We use [GetLocalization.com](http://www.getlocalization.com/mcmmo/) for the translation of mcMMO. Create an account on [GetLocalization.com](http://www.getlocalization.com/mcmmo/) and start translating mcMMO! We will put your changes in one of the next mcMMO updates for everyone to enjoy!
<br></br>
<br></br>
## <a name="disable" href="#wiki-disable"></a>How can I disable feature X?
There are two ways of disabling certain features of mcMMO. The first and most used way is by giving users certain permissions, or by giving them certain negative permissions.
You can find a list of all the permission nodes List Of Permissions.
The second way, is to disable a feature in a config file.
In most occasions, you will need to handle it with permission nodes. Check the permission list first to see if you can disable the feature with permissions, if it's not there - check the config files.
<br></br>
<br></br>
## <a name="worlds" href="#wiki-worlds"></a>How can I disable mcMMO in world x?
To disable mcMMO (or certain parts of mcMMO) in a specific world, you need to negate permission nodes. To disable all features you can negate the permission node `mcmmo.defaults` for that world.
You can find a list of all the permission nodes List Of Permissions.
<br></br>
<br></br>
## <a name="timings" href="#wiki-timings"></a>How do I enable timings?
With Craftbukkit you can now log how long it takes for each plugin to do its thing.
* In the `bukkit.yml` file change this setting to true: `plugin-profiling: true`.
* Restart the server and let it run for a few minutes with players playing normally.
* Do the command /timings merged and then go to the `~/your_server_folder/timings` folder and find the latest file. This contains all the times for each plugin on the server.
* Copy the contents of this file and paste it on http://www.aikar.co/timings.php and copy the shareable link
<br></br>
<br></br>
## <a name="convertdatabase" href="#wiki-convertdatabase"></a>How to convert flatfile to MySQL? (or the other way round)
First, it is recommended that you stop the server and encourage people not to join during the conversion process.
If you want to convert your users from Flatfile storage to MySQL storage, the first thing you need to do is set up the MySQL database connection in config.yml - i.e. mcMMO should print out "The connection to mySQL was a success!" in the server console when it starts up. Once the server starts up, type `mcconvert database flatfile` in the server console. It will give status reports and tell you when it is done.
If you want to convert your users from MySQL storage to Flatfile, change `MySql: Enabled: true` in config.yml to false - but do not erase the other MySQL configuration data. The MySQL server must still be running when you do the conversion. Once you start up the server, and mcMMO does not connect to MySQL immediately, type `mcconvert database sql` in the server console. It will give status reports and tell you when it is done.
<br></br>
<br></br>
## <a name="update" href="#wiki-update"></a>When will you update mcMMO for CB x.x.x?
We will have a release build out when we feel it's finished. In the meantime you can use a [dev build](http://ci.mcmmo.info/job/mcMMO/).
<br></br>
<br></br>
## <a name="healthbars" href="#wiki-healthbars"></a>How do the new Mob healthbars work?
"During combat, players will now see a healthbar appear over the head of hostile mobs when they are damaged.
This healthbar will have two display options - HEARTS and BAR - which can be changed via the /mobhealth
command.
New Permissions:
`mcmmo.mobhealthdisplay` - Allows viewing of mob health display, negate this permission node to disable health bars.
`mcmmo.commands.mobhealth` - Allows access to the /mobhealth command
New Config Options (config.yml):
`Mob_Healthbar.Display_Type` - the default health display type
`Mob_Healthbar.Display_Time` - the amount of time to show health display
"
<br></br>
<br></br>
## <a name="superbreaker" href="#wiki-superbreaker"></a>Why doesn't SuperBreaker insta-break Obsidian anymore!?
This is intended behavior, we have changed how SuperBreaker works. This ability used to instantly break blocks (including Obsidian). SuperBreaker is now adds an Enchantment- or Potion-based speed boost when Mining. This works a lot better in combination with already enchanted tools opposed to the old system.
<br></br>
<br></br>
## <a name="mcimport" href="#wiki-mcimport"></a>How do I use the mod import command `/mcimport`?
You can find information on how to use this command [here](https://github.com/mcMMO-Dev/mcMMO/wiki/Command-reference#-mcimport-command).

* Cobblestone into Mossy Cobblestone
* Stone Brick into Mossy Stone Brick
* Dirt into Grass
### Green Thumb
An active ability that turns blocks into their plant-related counterparts.
Green Thumb is triggered by right-clicking the blocks listed below while holding seeds, however it has a low trigger chance unlike Green Terra, and the seeds will be consumed even if it fails.
When successful, using Seeds on Cobblestone turns it into Mossy Cobblestone
Smooth Stone Brick turns it into Mossy Stone Brick
Dirt turns it into Grass Block

* Flowers
* Flower Pots
_Grass/Saplings/Dead Bushes_ drop **Melon Seeds**, **Pumpkin Seeds**, or **Cocoa**.
_Flowers_ drop **potatoes**, **carrots**, or **apples**.
_Flower pots_ break **Emeralds**, **Diamonds**, or **Gold Nuggets**.
You have a 1% chance at level 100 for this drop to occur every time this block is broken, The chance goes up by 1% every 100 levels, so at level 1000% you'd have a 10% chance for the drop to occur.

**Mining** is a skill that provides a passive ability to increase drops from ores and it has two active abilities. One active ability allows you to break blocks faster and the other "Blast Mining", allows you to use TNT as a mining device.
## XP Gain
XP is gained by breaking stones and ores using a pickaxe.
## Active Abilities
### Super Breaker
Super Breaker, while activated (by right-clicking with a pickaxe in hand), will add Efficiency V on your pickaxe, for a period of time depending on your mining level. If your pickaxe already had an Efficiency enchantment, 5 levels will get added to the pickaxes previous enchantment.
The duration of the skill starts at 2 seconds, increases by 1 second every 50 levels, up to 22 seconds at level 1000.
Cool down time is 240 seconds by default unaffected by level. This ability also allows you to triple the chance of getting double drops.
### Blast Mining
Instead of using a pickaxe to break blocks, Blast Mining is done with TNT and Flint & Steel. This ability is activated by crouching and lighting TNT with a Flint & Steel. At higher levels the player will recieve Triple drops and no debris.
As the amount of drops gained from the explosion increases with your Mining level, so does the radius of the explosion. Damage taken by TNT lit with this ability is decreased, but not negated.
<table>
<tbody>
<tr><td><em>Rank</em></td><td><em>Mining Level</em></td><td><em>Effects</em></td></tr>
<tr><td>1</td><td>125</td><td>-10% debris, +35% ores</td></tr>
<tr><td>2</td><td>250</td><td>-20% debris, +40% ores</td></tr>
<tr><td>3</td><td>375</td><td>No debris, +45% ores </td></tr>
<tr><td>4</td><td>500</td><td>No debris, +50% ores</td></tr>
<tr><td>5</td><td>625</td><td>Double drops, No debris, +55% ores</td></tr>
<tr><td>6</td><td>750</td><td>Triple drops, No debris, +60% ores</td></tr>
<tr><td>7</td><td>875</td><td>Triple drops, No debris, +65% ores</td></tr>
<tr><td>8</td><td>1000</td><td>Triple drops, No debris, +70% ores </td></tr>
</tbody>
</table>
Note that normally TNT drops 30% debris. Also, the blast radius of TNT increases at levels 250, 500, 750, and 1000.
## Passive Abilities
### Double Drops
Each time you level up in mining you get a 0.1% chance of getting 2 drops with every mine of an ore.
For example, a level 500 miner will have a 50% chance to get a double drop from one ore! Double drops works on all materials that are gathered fastest with a pickaxe. (Stone, Ore, etc)

mcMMO has an extensive party system feature. It allows multiple players to team up and play the game together. Party members have several features they can use to improve cooperative gameplay.
A mcMMO party can have the following features:
* **Party chat** - allows party members to chat with each other.
* **Party teleport** - allows party members to teleport to other party members.
* **Alliances** - allows two parties to team up. Allies will have shared party chat and PVP is disabled between them.
* **Item Sharing** - Picked up items are distributed between the nearby party members.
* **Xp Sharing** - Earned experience is shared with nearby party members.
A party can earn experience and level up, just like a player. Leveling up your party is really easy, every time a party member earns XP for him-/herself - the party earns XP as well. Depending on the server configuration, this only happens when other party members are nearby. The amount of XP needed to reach the next level is calculated with the exact same formula as the one used for a player, only it is multiplied by the amount of party members, plus 3 (configurable).

_1. Current level of the party_
_2. Experience percentage and progress towards the next level_
In order to access the party features, the party must earn enough XP to reach the required unlock level of each feature. Below are the unlock levels of each party features with the default settings.
<table>
<tbody>
<tr><td><em>Party feature</em></td><td><em>Unlock level</em></td></tr>
<tr><td>Party Chat</td><td>1</td></tr>
<tr><td>Party Teleport</td><td>2</td></tr>
<tr><td>Alliances</td><td>5</td></tr>
<tr><td>Item Share</td><td>8</td></tr>
<tr><td>XP Share</td><td>10</td></tr>
</tbody>
</table>
###<a name="start" href="#wiki-start"></a>Get started!
To get started with mcMMO parties, you need to either create a new party or join an existing one. If you want to create a new party, you need to use `/party create <party-name> [password]`. Setting a password is optional. This new party will be locked by default, this means that other players will not be able to use `/party join <player-name>`.
To join an existing party, you use `/party join <player-name>`. Note that you can only use this command if the party is not locked. If you know what the party's password is, you can join locked parties by using `/party join <player-name> [password]`.
Now that you've joined a party, you can check the party's status with: `/party`. Here you can see which party members are online, who is nearby and what party features are unlocked or enabled.
If you want to leave a party, use: `/party leave` or `/party quit` or `/party q`. If you were the party leader, leadership will be automatically transferred to another online party member.
###<a name="chat" href="#wiki-chat"></a>Party Chat
The party chat feature allows party members to chat with each other. There are a few was to use this feature. You can toggle party chat on by using `/party chat` or `/pc`. All messages send in chat will be send to the party members while it's toggled on.
The party leaders name will be displayed in gold, to make it easy to distinguish.
If you want to send just one quick message to your party, but don't feel like toggling party chat on and off again, you can use `/party chat <message>` or `/pc <message>`. This will not toggle party chat on, it will only send that one message to your party. After it is send, chat is handled normally again.
###<a name="ptp" href="#wiki-ptp"></a>Party Teleport
Party teleportation is a great way to allow teleports to your party members. You can use `/ptp <name>` OR `/party teleport <name>` to request a teleport to the target player. The target player will have to type `/ptp accept` OR `/party teleport accept` in order to accept this request.
NOTE: `/ptp` is the same command as `/party teleport`, only shorter and faster to use.
If you don't mind that your party members can teleport to you, you can disable the teleport request by using `/ptp acceptany`. When the teleport requests are disabled, the teleport process will commence immediately, because requests get accepted automatically. It is also possible that the server is configured in a way that player will not have to request and confirm teleports.
When you want to stop other players from teleporting to you, or sending you requests to do so; you can disable party teleporting to you by using `/ptp toggle`. This will disable party teleportation for you.
Players will not be able to teleport when they have been hurt recently, or if they have just respawned.
###<a name="ally" href="#wiki-ally"></a>Alliance
Allows two parties to team up. Allies will have shared party chat and PVP is disabled between them.
Form an alliance by typing `/party alliance invite <leader-name>`, the party leader will receive a request to form an alliance with you. He will then have to confirm this by using `/party alliance accept`
Use `/party alliance` to check your alliance status.
In case you want to disband your alliance, use `/party alliance disband`
###<a name="itemshare" href="#wiki-itemshare"></a>Item Sharing
Party item sharing has two different modes that the party leader can choose between. Random and Equal.
#####Random
With the random item share mode, all the near party members will have the same random chance of receiving the item, regardless of the values of the item.
Use `/party itemshare random` to activate.
#####Equal
With the Equal item share mode, the chance of receiving an item is determined by it's value and how many valuable items a player has received.
If Player A receives the first diamond, Player B will have more chance to receive the second diamond. Resulting in equally shared items by rarity.
Use `/party itemshare equal` to activate.
###<a name="xpshare" href="#wiki-xpshare"></a>XP Sharing
Use `/party xpshare equal` to enable equal XP sharing. Now whenever a party member earns XP, all the other party members who are near will also receive XP!
XP Sharing
While XP sharing is enabled, a share bonus will get added to the shared XP.
<table>
<tbody>
<tr><td><em>Near Party members</em></td><td><em>XP Share bonus</em></td></tr>
<tr><td>1</td><td>10%</td></tr>
<tr><td>2</td><td>15%</td></tr>
<tr><td>3</td><td>20%</td></tr>
<tr><td>9</td><td>45%</td></tr>
<tr><td>10</td><td>50%</td></tr>
<tr><td>11</td><td>50%</td></tr>
</tbody>
</table>
**Greedy? Disable XP / Item sharing:**
`/party xpshare none` Will disable party XP sharing.
`/party itemshare none` Will disable party item sharing.
###<a name="manage" href="#wiki-manage"></a>Manage your party
_Commands described here are limited to the party leader._
As the party leader, you have a couple of tools at your disposal to manage your party.
First off, to control who can join your party you can lock or unlock your party. `/party lock` and `/party unlock`. By locking your party, other players can only join the party if their are either invited by the party leader or if they know the party password.
If you don't want to be bothered inviting your friends to your locked party, set a party password with `/party password <password>`. Now other players can join any of the party's members by typing `/party join <player-name> <password>`.
As the party leader, you can enable/disable item and XP sharing. How these two features work is described here and here respectively.
Another party command which only the party leader can use is `/party rename <new-party-name>`, use this command to rename your party.
There may be a time when you don't want to be the party's leader anymore. If this is the case, you can transfer the ownership of the party to another party member. Set a new party leader with `/party owner <player-name>`.
In case you're sick of your party and you want to get rid of it, use `/party disband` to instantly kick all members and delete the party.

## About mcMMO and permissions
mcMMO has tons of cool features, so you might be confused as to what permissions you should grant default users and admins. Well it's actually really easy!
List Of Permissions
### Default settings
Bukkit plugins are able to define a default setting for permission nodes. This means that if a certain permission node state is not modified by a Permissions plugin, it have this value.
For example, mcMMO has a permission node which is defaulted to any OP'ed player. Which is:
`mcmmo.defaultsop`
This permission is a so called "parent" permission node, this is essentially a group of permissions.
### Now what do I need to setup with permission nodes?
Well, because mcMMO has default settings for permission nodes you don't **need** to configure anything!
However, if you feel like `mcmmo.defaults` is giving users access to features of mcMMO you don't want (e.g. a certain skill you want to disable) you can easily negate this particular permission!
### My admins don't have OP, what permission should I give them?
`mcmmo.defaultsop` Implies access to all op features of mcMMO.
===
###Using Permissions to give certain groups Perks
mcMMO has special perks you can grant groups or users. They boost a player's XP rate or ability success rate.
If a certain group has multiple perks of the same type the best boost takes effect, ignoring the others.
For example, if a group has `mcmmo.perks.xp.double` and `mcmmo.perks.xp.quadruple`, quadruple XP is in effect.
Here's a list of all of them:
_**Increase ability activation length.**_
This perk boosts the active ability length for every skill the player has access to.
```
mcmmo.perks.activationtime.eightseconds
mcmmo.perks.activationtime.fourseconds
mcmmo.perks.activationtime.twelveseconds
```
_**Reduce ability cool downs**_
This perk reduces the time a player has to wait between using active abilities.
```
mcmmo.perks.cooldowns.halved
mcmmo.perks.cooldowns.quartered
mcmmo.perks.cooldowns.thirded
```
_**Increase chances of successful passive abilities**_
This perk makes a player "lucky", meaning that they will have a higher success rate for passive abilities. Success rate is boosted by 33%.
```
mcmmo.perks.lucky.acrobatics
mcmmo.perks.lucky.archery
mcmmo.perks.lucky.axes
mcmmo.perks.lucky.excavation
mcmmo.perks.lucky.fishing
mcmmo.perks.lucky.herbalism
mcmmo.perks.lucky.mining
mcmmo.perks.lucky.repair
mcmmo.perks.lucky.smelting
mcmmo.perks.lucky.swords
mcmmo.perks.lucky.taming
mcmmo.perks.lucky.unarmed
mcmmo.perks.lucky.woodcutting
```
_**Increase XP gained**_
This perk will boost the amount of XP earned in every skill.
```
mcmmo.perks.xp.150percentboost.all
mcmmo.perks.xp.50percentboost.all
mcmmo.perks.xp.10percentboost.all
mcmmo.perks.xp.double.all
mcmmo.perks.xp.quadruple.all
mcmmo.perks.xp.triple.all
mcmmo.perks.xp.customboost.all
OR
mcmmo.perks.xp.150percentboost.<skillname>
mcmmo.perks.xp.50percentboost.<skillname>
mcmmo.perks.xp.10percentboost.<skillname>
mcmmo.perks.xp.double.<skillname>
mcmmo.perks.xp.quadruple.<skillname>
mcmmo.perks.xp.triple.<skillname>
mcmmo.perks.xp.customboost.<skillname>
```
The boost percentage of `mcmmo.perks.xp.customboost` is determined in the experience.yml config file.

##mcMMO Player commands
This page will explain users (players) how to use the various commands. This includes: leaderboards, stats and more.
---
###Checking the Leaderboards
mcMMO has two main commands to check who has the highest level on a server.
* `/mctop`
* `/mcrank`
We will explain these commands in more detail below.
#### /mctop
This command is used to check the who has the highest powerlevel or level in a certain skill.
Use just `/mctop` to check the top-10 of highest players in power-level.
![/mctop](http://i.imgur.com/cmVBbwh.png)
If you want to check the leader-boards for a certain skill, use `/mctop <skillname>`.
For example: `/mctop taming`
![/mctop taming](http://i.imgur.com/by6cjHh.png)
Its also possible to check a certain page of the leader-boards, just add the page number at the end of the command, for example `/mctop 8` or `/mctop herbalism 8` will check page 8 of the powerlevel leader-boards and herbalism leader-boards respectively.
![/mctop herbalism 8](http://i.imgur.com/ywAHRiA.png)
#### /mcrank
With this command, you can easily check your position on the server's leaderboard.
Use `/mcrank` to check your rankings or use `/mcrank <player-name>` to check the rankings of somebody else.
---
###Checking your stats
#### /mcstats
With this command, you can easily check your stats for every skill. This includes the skill-level and experience for each skill.

**Repair** gives the player the ability to repair tools, weapon and armour using an iron block. Very
skilled players can use a gold block to salvage.
##Passive Abilites
###Repair Mastery
Increases the amount of durability repaired.
###Super Repair
Gives a chance to double the amount repaired.
###Salvage
Breaks apart tools and armours using a gold block but can only be applied to fully repaired items.
###Arcane Forging
Gives a chance to keep the enchantments either fully or at a reduced level.

**Salvage** is a child skill. The level is determined by taking the average from the two parent skills, repair and fishing. Salvage allows you to use an gold block to salvage armor and tools.
Place down a mcMMO Salvage Anvil and right-click to salvage
the item you're currently holding. This will break apart the item,
and give back materials used to craft the item.
For example, salvaging an iron pickaxe will give you iron bars.
## XP Gain
Salvage is a child skill of Repair and Fishing, your Salvage skill level is based on your Fishing and Repair skill levels.
## Passive Abilities
### Arcane Salvage
_Unlocks at Salvage level: **125**_
This ability allows you to get enchanted books when salvaging enchanted items. Depending on your level the chance of successfully extracting a full or partial enchantment varies.
When an enchantment is partially extracted, the enchantment book will have a lower level enchantment compared to what it was on the item.
### Advanced Salvage
_Unlocks at Salvage level: **350**_
When unlocked, this ability allows you to salvage damaged items.
The yield percentage increases as you level up. A higher yield means that you can get more materials back. With advanced salvage you will always get 1 material back, unless the item is too damaged. So you don't have to worry about destroying items without getting anything in return.
To illustrate how this works, here's an example: Let's say we salvage a gold pickaxe which is damaged for 20%, this means that the maximum amount you could get is only 2 (because the pick is crafted with 3 ingots - each worth 33,33% durability) which is equal to 66%. If your yield percentage is below 66% you are not able to get 2 ingots. If it is above this value you are able to gain the "full amount", which means that you will get 2 ingots.

Smelting is a child skill. The level is determined by taking the average from the two parent skills, mining and repair.
## Passive Abilities
### Fuel Efficiency
This ability increases the time fuel will burn in a furnace when smelting stuff. The time will increase the higher your smelting skill is.
### Second Smelt
When smelting, there is a chance of the resources smelted doubling. The chance of this ability being activated will increase with leveling. This ability is good for full servers that have limited resources.
### Vanilla XP Boost
The amount of vanilla XP that comes from smelting in a furnace is increased with this ability. This ability is only unlocked after 100+ smelting skill.
### Flux Mining
This ability allows players to mine ores with a chance of instantly smelting them. To start using this ability, infuse a pickaxe with furnace powers by placing it in a furnace.
![Crafting Recipe 1](http://i.imgur.com/lG4kz2C.png)
Once the pickaxe has been cooked, it will turn into a Flux Pickaxe.
![Crafting Recipe 2](http://i.imgur.com/6osy2dd.png)
When mining with this pickaxe, you will have a 33% chance that the ore will smelt itself. (E.g. an iron bar will drop instead of an iron ore). When the ability triggers, you will hear and see a special effect and the item is dropped.
![Flux Success](http://i.imgur.com/sjpM9SK.png)
This ability is unlocked after level 250+ smelting. When you try to use a Flux Pickaxe when you haven't unlocked the ability yet, the pickaxe will act as a regular pickaxe.

**Swords** add abilities which allow you to add bleed effects to your attacks and counter the enemies hits.
## XP Gain
Experience is gained by using a sword in combat.
## Active skills
### Serrated Strikes
Activated by right-clicking while holding a sword then slashing a mob or player. Deals +25% damage and apply Bleed+ to enemies within a small radius of your target. Bleed+ will last 5 ticks regardless of level.
With Serrated Strikes active, any person hit by the AoE Bleed will bleed for 150% the normal duration, 9 ticks or 4 and 1/2 hearts.
Number of enemies you can apply Bleed+ to will depend on the Sword material.
## Passive skills
### Bleed
Causes enemies to take damage every two seconds. If you apply bleed to a mob, it will bleed until the effect wears off or death, whichever comes first. The duration of the bleed is increased by your sword skill.
At level 1000, Bleed will last for 6 ticks damaging 1/2 heart per second, for a total of 3 hearts. The chance to apply bleed is 0.1% for every skill level in Swords, with a max cap of 75% at level 750.
Bleed normally lasts for two seconds, however if your Swords skill is above 750 it will last for one tick longer than normal.
Bleeds can have their duration increased if another Bleed is applied.
<i> (e.g. if the player has Bleed with 3 ticks remaining and another 3-ticks Bleed was applied, Bleed will last for 6 ticks in total.)</i>

### Counter Attack
A counter attack takes the damage done to you, and returns half to the attacking person or mob. It will not work if you have half a heart remaining. The chance to perform a counter attack depends on your Swords level, and increases by 0.05 per level.
Counter attack will not work on projectiles (Ranged Weaponary, Arrows, Ghast's Fireballs etc.).
The Max Counter Attack Percentage is 30%
## Trivia
<li>Bleed no longer ignores armour and is affected by the protection enchantments of armour. Meaning if your foe is using protection IV armour the bleed will do no real addition damage to him.
</li>
<li>Counter attacks ignore other player's armour.
</li>
<li>The sword's counter attack ability used to work on ranged weapons. Meaning it was possible for an opposing player to get hurt from your counter attack if he was hitting you from a distance with a bow.
</li>
<li>As of McMMO version 1.1.14, the old McMMO parry ability was removed. The changelog stated that "Swords no longer parry, no need to compete with in game mechanics." This is due to the change in vanilla Minecraft that made holding the right click enable blocking, which reduces incoming damage from the front.!!

While Berserk is activated, blocks can't be picked up.
Berserk starts at 2 seconds, but can be increased 1 second every 50 levels infinitely; it is not limited by level 1000.
##Passive Skills
###Iron Arm Style
Iron Arm Style is a passive ability that increases the base unarmed combat damage. It starts at a 3 damage point bonus; added to the vanilla minecraft punch, it gives a total of 4 damage points, or 2 hearts. It increases by 1 point every 50 levels, until it hits a bonus of 8 damage, or 9 damage points total, at level 250.
###Arrow Deflect

###Disarm
When the player hits an opponent while unarmed, there is a chance for the player to disarm the opponent, causing the weapon to be dropped. The chance increases .03333% per level, with a max of 33.33% at level 1000.
###Iron Grip
