Ethan ad749d7b57 EXPERIMENTAL BUILD 
Adds setting to show change of stats when an item is upgraded. Either regenerate your config.yml or add:
item-upgrading:
    stat-change-suffix: '&f &e(+#stat#)'
    display-stat-changes: true
In order for old upgraded items to update, they must be upgraded at least on time again.
