Sylvia Crowe 57a7641f82 add password and keyboard-interactive ssh auth ... This adds several new ssh auth methods. In addition to the PublicKey method used previously, this adds password authentication, keyboard-interactive authentication, and PublicKey+Passphrase authentication.
