Create MacOS Universal Build (#62)
* testing universal build

* arch files not required anymore

* use CGO_ENABLED for wavesrv.  write out notes about the universal build problems/solution

* script and updates for universal build

* more updates for sign/notarize flow for universal app

* put in prod migration check

* build prompt to wave migration into emain.  updates to macos build scripts

* update some packages

* successful universal build

* remove unused code
