BONNe c8edfe3b51 Adds potion names to the default locale. 
The potion names will not be displayed, but it will add all of them in the locale.

BONNe e55503a9cf Add extra parameters for completion commands. 
The 2 new parameters are:
   - [owner] - the owner of island.
   - [name] - the name of the island.

Server owners can customize 3 panels:
- main panel
- gamemode selector
- multiple completions

Rewards lore (#248) 
* Ignore failing test because method now doesn't do anything.
