Possible fix for issue 117
...
though the error falls on some other program that uses these files, like software update. This appear to be a bug in Catalina and newer and more errors like that are expected..
The fix is to delete the problematic files before the installer tries to overwrite them.

Looks like xar command line is removed in 10.15.4 so we let pkgutil do the job for us.
pkgutil knows what to do and which compression needs to be used.
