+ Added TargetingEditor, BossListTargetingEditor, BossListEditor GUI and modified BossListEquipmentEditorPanel to use a more abstract system + Fixed a patch on NotDamagedNearbyTargetHandler where no player would be targeted after all nearby players had hit the boss at least once
