iface	Economy integration is now handled through Vault instead of Register. You will need to download and install the Vault plugin now if you want to use any Economy-related features. util	Server admins can now promote or demote any member of any faction to/from faction leader or officer using the existing /f leader and /f officer commands, with two new permissions added to allow that.
