Updated Upstream (Bukkit/CraftBukkit/Spigot) 
Upstream has released updates that appears to apply and compile correctly.
This update has only been PARTIALLY tested by PaperMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing

I've tested basic region file saving as well as our oversized chunks approach.

How To (Compiling Jar From Source)

To compile Paper, you need JDK 8, maven, and an internet connection.

Clone this repo, run ./paper jar from bash, get files.
