AggregateQueries for server user counts:

- Removed CountOperations, SQLCountOps
- Removed UserInfoTable#getServerUserCount
- Removed UserInfoTable#getPlayersRegisteredForServers
- Optimized server box generation for network page, user counts
- Deprecated NetworkKeys.SERVER_REGISTER_DATA, no longer supported.
