Push everything to GitHub Reformat code / Optimize imports Rewrite blocks correctly. Cleanup and organize code. Create a basic Entity tracker system. It works like shit, but hey. It is the start. Release first version.

Known issues
-
* Custom 1.17+ min_y and height world values are not and will (most likely) never be supported => Clients older than 1.17 will not be able to see or interact with blocks below y=0 and above y=255
* Sound mappings are incomplete ([see here](https://github.com/ViaVersion/ViaBackwards/issues/326))
* There are issues with 1.13->1.12 text component conversion, mostly coming down how to Bungee Chat works (we'd like to use [adventure](https://github.com/KyoriPowered/adventure), but that requires Via to be moved to Gradle due to more complex build hackery)
