* Create feature request issue template Thought we might need more issue templates, especially if you get an influx of new users and new issues from the r/admincraft post. Feature request doesn't add much default text, but it does add [Enhancement] to the title and adds the enhancement tag, and that's probably all we need for feature requests. * Rename feature_request to feature_request.md oops * Automatically assign tr7zw to bugs
