* Add support for Waveshare 2.13" V2 display
* Fix clang-tidy error, add comment about BUSY in deep sleep
* Add test
* Add nullptr check and move tests to separate file
* Fix GPIO pins in test
The controller of the 2.13" waveshare/ttgo epaper displays operates with a 128x250 buffer,
while only 122x250 pixels are shown. While this can be ignored for rotations 0/270°,
with roations 90/180°, 6 pixels are cut-off from the top or left edge.
This change introduces a distinction between object width and controller width,
resulting in pixel-perfect rotations.
* Add support for Waveshare 7.5 inch (B) bichromatic display (black-and-white only for now)
* Use drawing commands specific to bichromatic displays
* Fix inaccurate comment
* Fix merge error
* Formatting

* Change buffer sending process for waveshare_epaper (2.70in)
The current way ESPhome sending buffer to WaveshareEPaper2P7In does not show the expected content on the display, this commit is changing the data transferring process so the content is showing as expected.
The process is adapted from the demo code provided by Waveshare, manufacturer of the E-paper display.
* Fix linting eror
* Add support for TTGO ePaper module
Use 2.13in-ttgo as type. Only different LUTs were needed, everything else is the same.

Fixes https://github.com/esphome/issues/issues/307
Only enters deep sleep mode when node turns off - not between updates because entering+exiting deep sleep takes some time (could be added later)
## Description:
Move esphome-core codebase into esphome (and a bunch of other refactors). See https://github.com/esphome/feature-requests/issues/97
Yes this is a shit ton of work and no there's no way to automate it :( But it will be worth it 👍
Progress:
- Core support (file copy etc): 80%
- Base Abstractions (light, switch): ~50%
- Integrations: ~10%
- Working? Yes, (but only with ported components).
Other refactors:
- Moves all codegen related stuff into a single class: `esphome.codegen` (imported as `cg`)
- Rework coroutine syntax
- Move from `component/platform.py` to `domain/component.py` structure as with HA
- Move all defaults out of C++ and into config validation.
- Remove `make_...` helpers from Application class. Reason: Merge conflicts with every single new integration.
- Pointer Variables are stored globally instead of locally in setup(). Reason: stack size limit.
Future work:
- Rework const.py - Move all `CONF_...` into a conf class (usage `conf.UPDATE_INTERVAL` vs `CONF_UPDATE_INTERVAL`). Reason: Less convoluted import block
- Enable loading from `custom_components` folder.
