Test 10-12 Scan Image on Push
Purpose:
To verify that trivy can automatic scan image when image is pushed.

User guide
Environment:
- This test requires that a Harbor instance is running and available.
- Harbor is installed with trivy enable.
- A linux host with Docker CLI installed.
- Trivy has been updated to the latest.
Test Steps:
- Login Harbor as admin.
- Create a new project.
- Goto project configuration page.
- Enable automatically scan.
- Push an image not scanned before to the project.
Expected Outcome:
- Step5 image should be scanned automatically.
