NOTE: In order to use the End Portal block, use the ID ENDER_PORTAL, not END_PORTAL.
ANOTHER NOTE: Due to 1.13 being released all old materials now have LEGACY_ in front of them on the javadocs. Just write the material name without LEGACY_
