Allows the connection of newer clients to older server versions for Minecraft servers.

Remove ClientChunk from 1.14+ chunk types
Apparently multiple people (including me) blindly copied that from older versions.
Also removed join/respawn from the abstract MetadataRewriter, since they were only used twice each.
