c3363f0d70 Disable sponge simulation by default. 
Vanilla Minecraft will have sponges again, plus it is uses up CPU time even if players can't get sponges.

a35aaf9659 Force __global__ BUILD flag to NONE. 
This is due to the legacy reason of the global region having not
been previously processed as a regular region.
